A Creative Commons license is used when an author wants to give people the right to share, use, and build upon a work that they have created. CC provides an author flexibility (for example, they might choose to allow only non-commercial uses of their own work) and protects the people who use or redistribute an author's work from concerns of copyright infringement as long as they abide by the conditions that are specified in the license by which the author distributes the work.
-Instructables users may choose to license the copyrightable portions of their Instructables under creative commons too.

-Covering all aspects of the brief so everything can be in the hand in that is needed. Everyone focusing on aspects of these things aswell as helping out other team members.

Our final logo, for the lamp "Orbit" is designed to incorporate the shapes that our lamp is made from and the acting turning motion that our lamp has. Bringing this all together in an orbit sense.
- This will be engraved on parts of our working lamp, and the customising lamp heads.

Researching into different ways that we can show how to build our lamp... the best way to show off our design and an easy way for others to make it too.
- Time constraints maybe only allow us to complete one style of instructions.
- video work or time lapse would be a cool way to show to building of the lamp aswell as writing. (people usually take things in visually when all aspects are invloved)
-Instructables is a website in which you can upload files and instruction manuals for 'how to' make things. It was a good place to start to see how to make an instruction manual/tutorial that is easy to follow
-This image is visually appealling and easy to follow, it comes from ikea available online for most of there produts.
-Infrographic style that has step by step instructions, colour,images and writing bringing together a simplistic way to follow.
-This would work to show what tools and parts you need to make the lamp
-3d object and flat image put together style, working together as an instruction manual

Branding
We decided as a team to call our lamp "Orbit" because of our different lamp head iteration looked like a satellite in the solar system.
- We have designed a range of concepts that works with the shapes we have used to create our lamp.
