For beginner that have some money I would say Autopano
If you want to learn a little more and/or have long video I would say video-stitch

Conclusion
PTGUI pro is a good tool but isn’t free
The free version, Hugin, need more manipulation but is open source
Google and Facebook project look perfect but we wait the release…
